Sync questions

I have some questions regarding the 'Sync Tips/Options' (http://www.lightroomqueen.com/community/showthread.php?t=1293) created by Victoria. I cannot reply there so I started this new topic.

Copy/Paste option

Adjust first image
Ctrl-C / Cmd-C to copy those settings
Move on to next image
Ctrl-V / Cmd-C to paste onto the selected image

This is the first time I heard about this option (I always just use the Sync button). Sounds like this is a bit easier and quicker, but I can not get it working.

As the topic was posted in February I suppose these tips concern LR1. Is this shortcut still available in LR2? And is this only possible in Library or Develop mode? I tried it in both, but still no results. Any ideas why it is not working for me?

I'm not a Mac user, but you probably mean Cmd-V here? (just for correctness sake)

Ooooooh, interesting one. Cmd-C / Cmd-V works on my Mac, even though the official shortcut is Cmd-Shift-C / Cmd-Shift-V, but you have to be in Develop module for that to work. Can you try it on Windows please?

And Dirk, thanks for spotting the typo!

Ctrl-Shift-C and -V does work for me in Windows, while Ctrl-C and -V does not work!
