Sync photos to Lightroom Web

Hello, I believe that this is an ongoing subject but I wonder if there is some help available please?
I am using win 10 on a PC.
In Lightroom the sync dialogue box is showing that it is trying to sync 953 photos, using 3.2 mb of 20 GB.
I have no collections.
In Preferences I have no sync activity,
There are no images in my Lightroom Web, it is empty.
I have deleted my sync irdata from the lightroom files and restarted my machine as well as Lightroom. As soon as I open lightroom it starts to sync and i have 9 different files in the Sync.irdata
My Lightroom is up to date.

Is there anything i can do to identify these images, remove them from the sync can anyone give me the next step please?
