Sync Issue with LR Classic 7.1: No sync activities!

Operating System: Mac OS Sierra
Exact Lightroom Version (Help menu > System Info): LR Classic 7.1

My LR classic isn't syncing with clouds.
Since yesterday it's written "Syncing 423 photos"
Nothing happens since them.
A screenshot of the Sync setup shows there is no activity on there.

When i change something on a mobile device i can see the change on another mobile dev. But no change in CC.

I have tried a ton of things without any success:
- restart LR
- restart the PC
- uncheck any synced collection
- reinstall LR.
...

Please help.
