Switching LR to a new laptop (PC)

Hi there.
I have my LR 2.1 on two PCs (table top and laptop). Now I have been thinking, I have to get a new laptop and want to switch LR to the new one.
So how can I do that? So far as I have understood I only can have LR license on two computers.

If you want to keep it strict, just download an evaluation copy to your new laptop and transfer all Lightroom's related files. One you get everything fine, remove Lightroom from old laptop and enter your registration number on the evaluation copy. It will then be no more an evaluation copy...
