I have a membership for the cloud version, but I’ve decided to switch to Classic. I have about 6 month’s membership remaining, can I switch now or must I wait?

Adobe are usually pretty helpful on switching, try their Chat (CC app, your icon top right, Contact Us) - starts with a Virtual Assistant but guides you through.

That is a Question for Adobe. You might be able to convert your $10/mo Lightroom Plan to the $10/mo Photography plan. You would be limited to 20Gb of cloud storage but you would gain Lightroom Classic and Photoshop in addition to the Lightroom App that you now have. For $20/ month you can get the Photography plan and 1TB of cloud storage (like your current Lightroom plan).

I think they should be willing to convert your current plan to one of the Photography plans
