Subscription Cancellation Question

Hey everyone, this may have been asked before so if it has, I apologize. I've been thinking about subscribing to Lightroom Classic and I want to be clear on the cancellation policy. So, if I'm on the annual plan and decide to cancel after 6 months, I have to pay 50% of the remainder of the year as a cancellation penalty (so 3 months). Is that correct?

Hi techrtr, welcome to the forum!

That is how I understand it, based on the example on this page: How to cancel your Adobe Creative Cloud plan or membership

But to be sure, you could double check with Adobe's customer services team.

Thanks Victoria, it makes sense, but I just wanted to be sure. I ended up subscribing because I like how Lightroom works. I find the whole sync thing very confusing e.g. where things are stored, what's on the cloud and what's on my hard drive, what I can delete without deleting my raw files and so on. I've used Digital Photo Professional for years and and I kind of like that simple file structure.
