Sorting

Hi,

I'm new to the forum and I need some help. I can't seem to find a way to rearrange the order of pictures in a folder except by using the various options listed in the View, Sort list. The "User Order" option is grayed out. What am I not doing here? Thanks.

DJ, welcome to the forums.

This gets everybody. The view you're using must be a bottom level folder/collection. There can be no subfolders below the level you're viewing, or user sort is disabled.

If that presents a problem, generally one creates a collection of the desired photos and sorts that.

An additional gotcha', is that when User Sort is enabled, you need to drag the photos by clicking on the actual image portion of the thumbnail, and not the gray frame/bezel area.
