How can I sort images by file name in Lightroom cc? I have many folders with images scanned in and want to sort the images by file name in each folder.

It depends on which app you mean when you say "lightroom cc", as that name is no longer used. At different times in the past that name was assigned to both the current "Lightroom Desktop" (cloud-centric) and "Lightroom Classic", so it's not clear which app you are referring to. However, in both apps changing the sort order of the images is basically done in the same way, though the interface is different.

For Lightroom Desktop, click on the icon to the right of the view icons at the left-hand side of the toolbar and select "File Name" from the list:

For Lightroom Classic, click on the Sort Order box on the Toolbar (press "T" if the toolbar is not showing), and select "File Name" from the list of options". You can also use the View menu in the Library module, then select Sort>File Name.
