In Grid, select a folder (I don't have collections yet).
In the View menu, Sort submenu, select Capture Time.
Back to the View menu, Sort submenu, note that neither Descending nor Ascending is checked.
Select Descending or Ascending (to whatever makes your photos sort opposite to what they are at). For me it sorts Oldest first. Which is a better way to put it, but that's a personal opinion (I'm right, though).
Note that the order doesn't change.
Go back to the View menu, Sort submenu, note that both Ascending and Descending are selected.
Select Ascending or Descending (the opposite of what you selected last time).
