These are partially compatible presets, meaning they apply a profile and your currently selected image is not compatible with that profile. The preset may apply a raw profile, for example, and you have selected a non-raw image. Or the preset applies a camera-specific profile, and the selected image is from another camera. Previously those presets would not show at all, but that caused a lot of confusion. So now they do show, but marked as not compatible.
 
But if you don't want to see them, there's a Preference setting (Presets tab) to toggle the display of them off or on.
 
That means the part of these partially compatible profiles being compatible will be applied anyway? So if a preset contains a lens correction for a special camera / lens and the image is done with another one this part of the preset will / can not be applied but color, tone and such or the whole rest of the preset will be?

No no, that is much better now than it was before.
