Lightroom Version
Hi,
I'm new to the forum but have been using lightroom since version 1. Here's my list of questions that I could use some help with.
1. Having upgraded to lR cc is it licensed for two computers (desktop and laptop) like the previous versions.
2. I have a new desktop coming soon. Is there a particular protocol for deactivating it on the old laptop and installing it on the new one?
3. Is any information stored in the cloud, such as the lr data files that I can use if I forgot to backup my copies.

thanks so much

Hi George, welcome to the forum.

Answers are:

1. Yes.
2. Login to adobe.com, click on your user name or the Adobe button on the menu bar, click on Manage Account, click on "Manage Plan" under "Plans & Products", and there you'll see your current two systems listed with the option to deactivate them. So deactivate the old laptop, and thereafter you'll be able to download the CC App on the new system, then sign in to activate.
3. No, there are no Lightroom data files stored in the cloud.
