Solarisation of images in the catalog

Hi,
part of my images change to a an image showing a solarisation. This seems to be due only for images that a double in the catalog. Has anybody made the same experience? What I have to do with those images? I urgently need help and a workflow to solve the problem.

Have you tried regenerating the previews?

Martin, tell us more please. Are these jpegs or raw files? You mention that they have doubles in the catalog which is why I ask.
