Hello,

I have 2 questions concerning sofproofing :

How do handle the proof copies that LR creates ? I am afraid that my catalog will be in a mess if I have one or two proof copies for every picture that I print.
Do you stack them ?
I also thought I could search for pictures in the library excluding keyword "icc" but then I find myself unable to search with another keyword (for instance pictures with keyword "nuclear" but without keyword "icc").
Also, can we create multiple proof copies simultaneously ?

Another question : when working on two screens, how can we see soft proofing (smaller gamut) on secondary monitor ?

Thank you !

Yes, you can create proofs for a single image. I have five for one of my images, one each for five different papers. I stack them withe original raw file and the PS TIF master file I create. I also add a print I’d number to the beginning of the proof copy name. I give the proofs a color label and keep them in a smart collection. Then using the ListView plugin I export into a spreadsheet for cross reference.
