I am trying to create a smart collection in classic LR where I have a these rules: "Rating of 3" and a few different folders as sources. I cannot get LR to accept more than one folder. LR will yield results for 1 folder but not 2 folders. Any solution?
I'm running 5.7.1 on an older Mac .
Thanks, Scott

Change “Match {all}” to “Match {any}”. You will need to create a sub group criteria to add additional criteria.

I am away from my Classic catalog at the moment or I could give specific instructions.

Create the smart collection as follows:
1: Keep ‘Match All’.
2: Set the first line to Rating is 3.
3: Click on the plus icon behind that line while holding the option key. This will create a subgroup that you can set to ‘Match Any’.
4: Create the lines for all the folders you want to match.
Sorry, no screenshot as I type this on my iPad too.

Johan can recall from memory what I can’t. Thanks.

Johan - Good Memory! Your instructions are correct and now I have better clarity on Smart Collections.
Cletus - Good effort buddy!
