This is probably obvious and please excuse as I am a newbie with lightroom. I have built a slideshow using Lightroom and this is fine viewing within lightroom but how do I export it so that I can burn it to disc including a music file. I have tried exporting using the PDF file but come to a halt at the PDF window, if that makes sense. Any help please :oops:

Hi Colin, welcome to the forum!

It's not as obvious as you'd think. LR's slideshow export facilities are still a little limited at the moment.

You can export to a PDF, but that won't include the music. It's possible to add the music back in if you've got Acrobat, but most people don't.

You can also export your slides to jpegs, to use in other software that does allow you to make a disc with music - even your disc burning software may be able to do that.

You can also use the Web module rather than the Slideshow module to create a slideshow that can be written to a cd and will run in any web browser. SlideShowPro and TTG Monoslideshow galleries (google for the links) are my favourites for this.

Hi Colin!

To add to Victoria's list, if you are on a Mac check out FotoMagico at http://www.boinx.com/fotomagico/overview/

Also, when you get a chance, please fill in your signature as this helps everyone know what you're working with and can get you help faster. :)
