Slideshow - blank screen

I have LR 2.1 on my desktop and I can use the impromptu slideshow or the slideshow module fine. When I try to use slideshow or impromptu on my notebook all I get is a blank screen. I have posted this question on another site and I have downloaded the latest drivers and done everything suggested. I am having no luck. I bought this notebook so I could slideshow my photos conveniently. Has anyone else had this problem? Thank you.

Hi Shari

I saw your post on the NAPP forum. I'm still going with their suggestion of the graphics card, but there's one other possibility too - the monitor profile. If you can see the photos in the rest of Lightroom, then it's unlikely to be the monitor profile, but you could give it a try anyway. That said, did you go back and double check that you have installed the latest graphics driver correctly, and that's definitely the one that's running. 99 times out of 1'', that's the problem.
