sigma 17-70 f2.8-4.5 is a warm lens

i tried this lens on my canons , and is amazing but too warm the colors are too warm

can i correct them ?
can i setup lightroom to tune up and to low the warm colors?

how ? could you be specific ?

You could try Camera Calibration in Develop and save the settings as a preset to use when that lens is used.

As you say you are seeing the results as too warm, try by eye to adjust the balance to what looks right then save that as a preset.

I am intrigued as to how a lens can affect colour balance but then I am not a camera expert.

I guess that it's just the physics of making glass and how that glass refracts light. I had three different Nikon lenses that had different color casts. It was slight, but there was definitely a difference.

every Sigma lens warm up the light
the canon lens are cold like i like

Also the coatings on the glass affects the result, just like colour filters.
