showing jpegs and RAW files seperately

I am shooting RAW+Jpeg and I want the ability to see either the Jpeg or at the least the files side-by-side. All I can see is the RAW file.

Have you gone to the Preferences and checked under the Import tab 'Treat JPEG files next to Raw files as separate Photos'?

If you have not then doing so should get you what you want, though you will have to go back and import them with that checked.

thanks. I ended up doing that. I wish there was a way to do it on the fly though.
