After upgrading to 2.4 and unchecking the "Show import dialog when memory card is detected", the import dialog box still open when I connect a thumb drive, external drive, and memory cards. What is the deal and how do I fix it? >

17 June 2026 It's Lightroom update time again. There are some major new features, as well as bug fixes, new cameras and lenses.

Wait for the next release. It was a bug introduced in Ver 2.4. At this time there is no permanent fix. It is very annoying, agreed. There are several threads here with temporary work-arounds but they do not stick.
