Hi all,

I'd like to give someone access to my entire LR in one go i. o. doing it album by album. Is there a way of doing this?

Thanks in advance,

Luís Serpa

The only way to share an entire Lightroom Classic catalog is to send a copy of it to them with the images, or at least Smart Previews. They do have to have their own Lightroom Classic license (or trial version) to open that catalog. This would be the only way for them to also be able to fully edit any image.

If you want to share everything without them having to have their own Lightroom Classic license, and they only need to look at them and not edit them, in theory you could add every image in the catalog into one collection, sync that collection to Lightroom on the web, set it up as a web gallery, and send them the Lightroom Web URL to it.
I think you can't legally share your Lightroom program Code. But you can share photos on many ways, e.g. Behance.
Thanks. I am not sure I understand what you mean. I do not want to share my LR program code. I just want to give access to all my pictures without having to go album by album.

What is Behance?

Thanks and regards,

It depends on how you want to share all your photos. If you just want to share all your photos without the associated album structure, the easiest way is to create an "all photos" album and then add all your photos to that one album, then share it.

If you want to share the entire contents of your library, including the album structure, that can only be done either by sharing each album individually and sharing the links individually, or by creating a gallery in the LrWeb app and adding all the albums to that gallery. Then share only the single gallery link and the end-user would see all the albums via that one link, and can then view the photos album by album. I don't know if there's a limit to the number of albums that can be added to the gallery, but you can't add Folders to it, you'd have to add the individual albums.
