Second monitor: No Panels in Grid

I am using two monitors, the primary in Loupe for Development module, the second monitor in Grid.

The second monitor in Grid seems to not offer Panels, which would be beneficial for selecting other folders . But I am stuck with a window that only shows the images in the chosen folder, and so cannot select another folder. The included photo shows this second monitor in Grid - the Panels selections all greyed out and not available.

When using the primary monitor in Grid, Panels are ok.

So, my question is: is there a way to see Panels in the second monitor in Grid?
