Scroll Wheel Develop Function Deactivated

I just upgraded to the latest iteration and now find that the scroll wheel function no longer works when in develop mode. By that I mean, previously, you could click on say 'Exposure' and then use the scroll wheel to adjust the exposure slider up or down.

This function no longer works and all moving the scroll wheel now does is scroll the various develop options up and down. This was a really handy feature and I don't know why this no longer works. Was there an unintended consequence from fixing something else?

Ray, the answer is:
There was a repeatable bug of two-step Undo's when certain develop module sliders had U/I focus. This was reported fixed in 2.1final, (which also resulted in the alteration/disabling of slider operation thru the mouse scroll wheel).
The search function in the tool bar brought this up when I entered "scroll."
