Scale by Percent

Is there a way I can scale an image by percentage when exporting?
If not, is there a plugin that can do this?

I just checked, and if it does, I can't see it, but it would certainly be an interesting addition. Put in an official feature request Mark, as I'd like to see that one too! Official Feature Request/Bug Report Form
