I have the RPG Keys and they are fantastic! They are really helping to speed up my workflow. I also have a Wacom Tablet but tell you the truth I have not tried it with LightRoom... I will have to try that.
What I am trying to do is design different groups of presets for the RPG keys. Wedding, Portrait, Sports etc. I do many different kinds of events so I am hoping to make new sets that work for my events. Some presets will remain the same but some will change..

Check out some of the videos to get a better understanding of what you can do with the RPG Keys.

They have been great for me. I can edit much faster with them, less mouse clicks and slider adjustments. I use some presets and I have them programmed into the keys as well. As mentioned above I need to design groups for the different events I shoot. Once setup I can import the folders of presets needed for the kind of event I am shooting and remove the group I am not using.

On Friday I received Episode 7' of Photovision. For those of you that don't know its a DVD magazine on photography. http://www.photovisionvideo.com/
Ed did an intro to LR v2 and show some fantastic examples of just how flexible LR v2 with the new masking/adjustment brush and Grad filters are. I was very impressed as I did not know there were that flexible for portrait work.
He was doing all of his work with a Wacom Tablet (monitor, very cool). So after seeing that, to answer Redhotlama's question,
HELL YA RPG KEYS & A WACOM TABLET are a great combo!
