Replacing SD Memory Card on Phone with Second Phone Sim

I have a Huawei P30 Pro which holds 2 sims. One is a memory card I use for Lightroom mobile. I will be on vacation and intend to remove it and replace it with a second sim card from the country I visit. I can live without LR for a week that I travel. My question is what are the implications for LR if I remove it and reinsert it when I return? Thanks.

You are using the SIM card as an external storage device to store files. Lightroom shold not care once the external storage device is returned.
