Do you have an Intel Mac? If so what are the GPU specs?

You posted a jpeg. AFAIK, reflection removal only works with raw files. Here is the file unedited...just resized to upload.
Reflection removal "works" with non-raws. From the help:AFAIK, reflection removal only works with raw files.
The Reflection Removal feature supports raw and non-raw file types.
I have been extremely disappointed in every reflection removal that I have tried since Adobe introduced the process. I too have tried it on the textbook examples that Adobe used to promote the process with less than stellar results.Reflection removal "works" with non-raws. From the help:
I've tried it on several dozen photos with glass reflections, looking into and out of buildings and cars, with plate glass and curved glass, and it almost never helps much. Just now I tried it on a screenshot of the image in the help's video, and it did very little:

The original file is in fact in CR2. The system wouldnt allow me to upload it due to its size so I had to export it as a jpg.You posted a jpeg. AFAIK, reflection removal only works with raw files.
Yes I see what its done and it worked great on your first photo. I will try it again on a clearer reflection. Plus Ive just updated my LRc. Will see how it behaves. Thank youI find it works pretty wll in many cases. Where it doesn't work well is when the "reflection' is not semi transparent and it seems that the AI has to "see" something 'through' the reflection to understand that it is a reflection and not something either in front of or behind the glass.
Here's an example of where it did great. Completely removed the reflecton of town behind me that was refelected in the near window

But here it got confused. It thought the green "de Young Museum store" was a reflection as part of the coupld could be seen through it. It also throught that some light colored object inside the building were a reflection as well, probably thought that stuff was part of the "de Young Museum Store" wrtiing. But, as the couple and all the outdoor greenery was pretty opaque it did not identify it as a reflecton.

Ive just updated my LRc to 14.5.1... will try it on a better reflective shot.Oddly enough, my 2019 intel mac did that before I upgraded t o14.5.1 (failed on 14.5). The odd part is when I downgraded back to 14.5, it started working. I never tested it on 14.5.1 though.
Like I said, very odd. I'll test again when I upgrade to 14.5.1 again.
but yes, in theory a gpu issue for us on the old intel macs.
Not like imacs are cheap to be able to replace them every few years. Mine is a 2019 model and its still working great besides glitches with apple products."Chipset Model: Radeon Pro 580X"
For over a year, LR's AI commands have been tripping over bugs in the graphics drivers for Intel Macs' Radeon 500- and 5000-series GPUs:

Your screenshot looks similar. The drivers in in Mac OS 15 appeared to have addressed many of the issues, but there continues to be a steady trickle of reports like yours. It looks like neither Apple nor AMD care much about fixing driver bugs for seven-year-old GPUs on a platform Apple wants to go away.
Why would you want a computer that is cheap and has to be replaced every few years? Ever since my very first Windows computer, I have replaced my computer with a newer model on the average every three years. The reason is the advancements in hardware and Operating systems make it needed. Apple maintains OS support for only 3 versions back and provides OS upgrades for their hardware that is no older than 5 years generally. Tahoe (MacOS 26) will be the last OS update for intel Macs. Not like imacs are cheap to be able to replace them every few years. I understand. Originally, in Camera Raw, reflection removal only worked with raw files as far as I remember. Apparently that changed now, so it should work on the jpg too (but it might not work as well, or perhaps I should say ‘even worse’),The original file is in fact in CR2. I would never go back to Windows, then I would rather go Linux ;-)Why would you want a computer that is cheap and has to be replaced every few years?
