Recover missing photo's from preview

Hi to everyone

Accidentally, I´ve deleted a folder with important pictures, yet i do get fullsize previewing of these ‘missing photo’s’ in Lightroom.
is there anyway to write this preview image data that is stored within the lightroom catalog back to jpeg files?

I´m very happy thinking that i'm near to recover my lost pictures but by the moment i've got a new problem, when i try to run my lightroom's catalogue in LRviewer ocurrs a new error: "Can't open sqlite database"

Does anyone know what can i do?

Well before you do anything, duplicate your catalog. Just in case.....!!!!

And then drop Marc a PM or email - he's a member here, and he'll probably know how to solve it.

Had the same problem too. Tried LRviewer but couldn't get the ones I want. I downloaded File Juicer. Made a copy of the Lightroom Catalog Previews.lrdata and dumped it in File Juicer. It's currently extracting the previews.

Btw, thanks you guys for the tips. I'm kind of a newbie here.
