really missing file

External hard drive crashed, so I really am "missing file", ahhhh!!!
But I am sitting here looking at my images in Lightroom. Is there anyway to save or export what is here in Lightroom, even though I don't have the originals???

You could try to export them to a web page and have lr create as large a file as possible. I believe that LR uses the previews rather than the originals to create a web page. Someone else might have a better way though

I believe that Marc Rochkind's LR Viewer has that ability in its most recent release.
