Uploading files

Tried to upload a screen shot and after choosing the file all there seems to do is hit post.After doing this nothing happened for about 5 minutes after which I surrendered. Is there some other trick???
 
Erm, yeah, I got a tad further, and it said the upload folder's full. One for Ian methinks.
 
Hm... probably a server setting. Let me check.
 
Testing:
 
Currently, the file size is 256k per attachment with a total per Post of 512k, and a max of 4 attachments per Post. These settings can be changed as needed.
