I an getting to grips with LR and must admit to initially diving in before really understanding the system. All my pictures are on my hard disc, and I now realise that bit would be better to have pictures on a dedicated external larger drive. Is it possible to transfer all my picture folders to such a drive and get LR to be able to rre-find them, or would it be better to start again while still possible with a new external drive while my coleections are still manageable.
