Lightroom 2.4 Page Setup Error

I'm trying to make a custom template.
But when I click page setup it goes to my printer?
When I click print setup it goes to my printer.
Seems they are both going to the printer.
I cant do a page setup?
Any help?

Hi Carshop! Welcome to the forums!

You are correct, both Page Setup... and Print Settings... are printer dialogs. To set up a custom template you need to start with Picture Package in the Layout Engine section of the right panel. Then you can drag and drop photos from the filmstrip and move them around, adjust sizes, rotate, etc. Alternatively you can add cells via the Cells section and rearrange them then drop images into the cells.

Explore the right panel sections and play around a while. Enjoy!

I was watching this video and doing as per instructed.
And when he hit page setup, he was able to do a page setup.
I cant.

I am able to make the new template name and folder and save it.
But I cant get page setup to work.

OK. I see where the confusion is. He wasn't doing a page setup in the sense of laying out the template. All he did was tell LR what page size he would be using when he prints. LR will reflect that size and from there you can lay out your template. It's still a printer function though since it's describing the paper size for output.

If you aren't seeing any options check to see that you have the correct printer selected and then try changing the sizes.
