Quick export via drag and drop

It would be great if you could just hold down say CMD and drag a picture onto the desktop, and it quick exports with the edits you have made to the image.. I often find i want to quickly export one or two images to quickly send to email or for web posting. So you could have a quick export options menu and you could set it up to export at a pre-defined format,size and quality, and all th edits you have made in LR.

You can set up export presets in the export menu and then you are only shortcut away from them.

NDT , Welcome to LR Forums. Yes that would be handy. If you like, there's a link directly to Adobe's official Feature Request Form on the toolbar above.

In the meantime, try Geoff's work-around. If you're especially interested in emailing images have a look at Steve Sutherland's email plugin for LR , Mapi-Mailer, here.
