New to Lightroom & have been using photoshop elements 6 to upload pics to photoshopshowcase.com Works well, but I'd kinda like to use LR to upload to the same sight... can't figure out how to do it. Any suggestions appreciated

Well done Wayne!

I'm not familiar with that website - would you like to give us a bit more detail on how you're currently loading the files using PSE6 and we should be able to fill in the gaps for you.

It's actually very simple. PSE6 directly links to the adobe site www.photoshopshowcase.com All you do is select the photos you want to display on the site. click the Share button, click on Online Gallery, and the process starts to build the flash display . You get to select templates, etc. Kinda automatic The gallery is created for you. and then you can "invite" others to view your photos via email. The site sends an invitiation, along with the instructions on how the person can access. Your galleries can be "public", or "private" so that only those that you invite can view.

I'm getting to like LR a lot better than PSE, but am missing the easy ability to load to the Adobe site.

"You can only upload media to Adobe Photoshop Showcase using Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.' and later versions." -from the Showcase FAQ

Doesn't look like it is possible with Lightroom. Maybe they could either open it to FTP access or create an export plugin for Lightroom.
