The Quality option in File Settings for Export is gray and I can't access it. What am I doing wrong?

Do you have the "Limit File Size" (below the Quality box) checked? If so, you cannot choose the Quality setting, as that is the main variable that LrC will control in order to satisfy the file-size limit requested by the user,

Do you have "Limit File Size" set? On mine, that disables quality
