Hi, new to the forum and already stunned with the number of tips and tricks here.

Meanwhile I have been searching for a problem I have on my website.

All my photoalbums are uploaded by Lightroom, using the Web template Slideshows. No changes to the template. Suddenly, many visitors of my website do not seem to be able to see the latest two photoalbums. They only see a white screen and they do not see the load indicator (the moving circle in the middle). It does not matter whether IE6 or IE7 or FF.

I deleted the albums and re-uploaded in 2 ways: by Lightroom and by external FTP application. No positive result. Many people do seem to open the older albums on my site. I can only relate it back to a couple of issue:
- Has LR2.2 changed this template using typical php4 or php5 code? I know my website provider changed to php5, but that is already long time ago.
- Has LR2.2changed this template on Flash versions? Do people need to have the latest one? Most have still Flash 8

Anybody else have an idea?
The albums that do not seem to work:
http://www.spaanlo.nl/gallery/'812GyanHongKongFamily/
http://www.spaanlo.nl/gallery/'812GyanYearOverView/

the album that does work
http://www.spaanlo.nl/gallery/'81'GyanBirthday/

Many thanks for your support

For me the 1st (...Family) and last (...Birthday) both work in Opera, Safari, and IE7 on Windows XP3. The middle (....OverView) doesn't work on any.

As you say, the one that doesn't work, just sits there, with a heading of 'Site Title'.

So, since I can see one of the new galleries, it doesn't seem to be strictly related to possible Lr changes.

BTW, fspaan, Welcome to the Forums.

Same as Brad here. And Welcome too!
Does your second run as a preview?
Also, take care to stop the preview when generating those Flash Galleries...

Many thanks for the quick checks. Meanwhile I deleted the ..Overview album and re-uploaded to www.spaanlo.nl again. After a refresh it gave me an white screen and a second refresh showed the album again.
I still wonder why some others can not see the albums any longer while they all have Flash Player installed...

Yes, deleting the directory and re-uploading did the trick for most of them. So, whatever happened it is solved now. (and that keeps bugging me, I do not know what caused it...)

Nice! As I said, always stop the preview when generating those Flash Galleries. Not sure if this was your problem but this is something to watch.
