profile again

I find that adding the right profile in the camera calibration made a huge different in my Canon 1DS MK III files. Landscape was very nice. I read that you could hold down the ALT key to make that set as default. But when i open the next image it goes back to ACR 4.4.
I would like to have landscape as a standard on every images, any idea on how to do this.

Gather all the 1DsmkIII images together.
Develop module,
Select all images in the film strip,
change camera calibration,
sync calibration only.

The default applies at import time. If you want to change the profile on multiple images already in the library, Sid's approach will work.
