Problems with Updating Lightroom CC

I logged on to Lightroom and got the message that updates are available. I accepted the update, but it was not installed. Creative Cloud claims that I am up to date. I am only on Lightroom 2015.9. I tried Adobe help--having the App recheck for updates and signing out and back in--neither of these helped.

Any guidance on how to fix this problem?
 
Welcome to the forum. In the Creative cloud App manager app, Sign out and then back in to CCAppMgr. Then click on the gear icon and "Check for updates" in the context menu.
If this does not tell you other there are CC updates, restart the computer.
