For anyone unable to calibrate their monitor using the ASUS ProArt Creator Hub calibration module, here's the answer:
Thank you for contacting ASUS Customer Care. My name is Tevon B., and it will be my pleasure to assist you today. Thank you for the update.
Thank you for taking the time to share the details of what’s happening with your ProArt Creator Hub software. I completely understand how frustrating this must be especially since you’ve been successfully using the calibration tool every month for years without any problems. When something that has always worked suddenly stops after an update, it can really disrupt your workflow, especially if accurate color calibration is essential to your work.
Based on what you’ve described, and what other ProArt users have recently reported, this issue is indeed linked to a recent update to the ProArt Creator Hub software, not your monitor. Similar cases show the same behavior:
the calibration screen flashes for a moment,
then disappears,
leaving the user unable to calibrate the monitor.
The good news is that ASUS has already acknowledged the issue and released an updated version of the software intended to fix it. Users have confirmed that the following versions restore the calibration dashboard:
ProArt Creator Hub: 2.1.42.0
ProArt Creator Hub Service: 2.0.48.0
Additionally, there is a known compatibility issue affecting ASUS utilities when using NVIDIA’s recent 591.44 driver. If you happen to be on this version, rolling back to 581.94 temporarily has resolved calibration problems for some users.
Recommended Troubleshooting Steps
Please try the following:
1. Update ProArt Creator Hub to the latest version
Check for updates via:
Microsoft Store, or
MyASUS, or
Windows Update (Optional Updates section)
Install the latest available versions of both the app and the service modules.
2. If using an NVIDIA GPU – check your driver version
If you are on driver 591.44, try rolling back to 581.94 to eliminate the compatibility issue temporarily.
3. Reinstall ProArt Creator Hub (optional but helpful)
If the problem continues:
Uninstall ProArt Creator Hub
Uninstall ProArt Creator Hub Service
Restart your computer
Reinstall both from the Microsoft Store/MyASUS
This forces a clean rebuild of the calibration module.
If you have any further questions in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are always at your service. Thank you for choosing ASUS, Your case number for future reference is: N2512005313-0001
Best regards,
