I've read posts with similar problems as mine, but all recommended fixes aren't doing me any good. Here's the problem:

When printing a photo from Lightroom the print is 1'-15 points cyan from what is shown on my screen. Opening the same photo in Photoshop without any changes and the shot prints beautifully. All print options (that I can find) are set the same in both programs.

Here are all my (maybe) relevant parameters: I'm printing from RAW images shot in sRGB color space. I use a Canon PIXMA IP5''' printer, with all settings for the printer to manage color profiles - both in the printer driver and the "Color Management" option of Lightroom. I'm using Windows XP, and have color calibrated the monitor - numerous times!

As I first mentioned, the settings are the same for both PhotoShop CS3 and Lightroom - yet I'm getting GROSSLY different printed results, essentially rendering Lightroom useless to me, since the ability to have multiple prints quickly is the only reason I bought the program.

You say your shooting in Raw and files are in sRGB, in to lightroom etc then printing them? from L/Room.....When shooting Raw there is no profile asigned so therefore L/Room is useing PRO-RGB and you are printing Prorgb with your printer set to sRGB there will be a missmatch makeing your prints Cyan or red.
Now when you push your Raw files into CS3 it gives your files a profile of what ever you have set in the colour settings there for a icc profile ( sRGB ) set from the start to finished print..

Same Printing problem

I bought Lightroom because I light the quality of the prints. I buy it, I download it. I print pictures in Adobe Photoshop Elements 6.' and picture colors look great. I print the same picture in Lightroom and my colors are darker... a lot darker and less vibrant. I find lightroom is useless to me if I can fix this problem. I have been working on this same issue forever. Can anyone help.

Here are all my (maybe) relevant parameters: I'm printing from RAW images shot in sRGB color space. This doesn't matter as LR uses proPhoto RGB as its colour space always and conversions are made. RAW has no colour space, so LR assigns proPhoto, the sRGB set on the camera is for jpegs and probably the camera manufacturers softwareI use a Canon PIXMA IP5''' printer, with all settings for the printer to manage color profiles - both in the printer driver and the "Color Management" option of Lightroom. I'll push this up and hopefully someone with a Canon will see it.
Please fill in your signature so the OS is stated all of the time (like mine). so help can be specific.
I also suggest that your problem amy be double profiling so recommend that you print with LR managing things and turn off colour management etc in the print driver.

this works (but I don't know how....)

I had the same problem searching for the optimal settings for printing printing from LR2.2. I have a windows-PC and a Canon IP85''. With the original canon PPP-photopaper the folowing setup works ideally. (That is to say the results are the same as when I print from PS CS3 with "printer manages color":

In LR: printer profile Adobe RGB
Printer: Photo paper pro with coloradjustment (or is it colormanagement; I use a dutch interfase) set tot AUTOMATIC (!?
