Under Printers/Faxes, Right Click on IP66''D, Properties there is a Colout Mgt. Tab. Within this tab I have 2 options:
Automatic: Windows will select the best profile from the list provided
Manual: Manually select a default colour profile from the list provided
The list contain all of the Canon Profiles plus 1 Ilford profile
The other option is under Print Settings to Check or Uncheck ICM (Windows Colour Mgt.)
In the Printer Properties dialog, usually you're OK leaving this on auto. I have had problems with this and I manually select the default profile for my printers. There will be one profile that doesn't seem to be a paper profile, something with a simpler name. For my Epsons, it's EE231_1, EE361_1, or EE313_1(yes, I have three Epson printers installed....). The rest of the profiles are obviously paper profiles associated with the printer. If you can't figure it out, I wouldn't worry. I've never heard of anyone else having this problem(lucky me....) but it did occur on my system.
Under Print Settings you definitely want to uncheck ICM. That will hand color management off to Windows after the file leaves LR on the way to the printer. Not A Good Thing!
What are your other options in the driver(Print Settings)? You listed Color Intensity:Manual, is there a No Management option anywhere?
One other thing, you're setting these settings in the Windows Printer and Faxes dialog. Once you get them the way you want, set them as default. When you go to print in LR, go to Print Settings and check them all to make sure they didn't change, set your paper profile and rendering intent, then save them as a User Template in the left panel. That will avoid a lot of work the next time you print. I have presets for all my printers and the most common papers saved in 8.5x11 landscape and portrait formats. It's a great feature of LR, being able to save all the program and print driver settings as a preset so you can print without having to go through all the driver settings every time you want to make a print. Take advantage of it.
