Printing issue

I'm new to LR and have been trying to correct a printing issue all day. Each time I print either in landscape or portrait the last 1/8 of the page does not print. I have set to borderless, US letter 8.5x11, reset margins and still that last 1/8 page (at exactly 9.5 on an 11.5 page) does not print.

Thoughts?

A couple of more things..

(Forgive the poor forum etiquette)

Printing with an Epson Photo128'.

Have tried a variety of different margins, no difference. Print size is 7.75X9.5 on an 8.5X11 no matter what I do.

tagglee, I don't have any specific advice for you, but I did want to Welcome you to the Forums.

I'm sure some one will be along shortly with an idea. In the meantime, it wouldn't hurt to tell us a little more about your system, Mac vs Win, Lr version?, stuff like that. Many folks create a signature block with those details, see 'User CP' at upper left on the toolbar.

When my 76'' does this exact thing, the cause is usually print heads which need cleaning. Doesn't make any sense, but it is what it is...

Thanks Scott. Tried all clean ups in utilities and still the printing halts at 9.5".
Seems like it's a printer issue, though I can't be sure.

Does it work OK, with other software?

Rebooted and all's well. Go figure. Think it was the printer.
