When in the Print Module, no image appears in the Present image on the top left. If I then press Print, my canon ip 8720 just sends an unprinted page through. I have read to delete the classic preference file and I am unable to even find the pref file.

I don't know why the print is empty, but the top left of the Print module isn't supposed to show you the image. That is a preview of the template.

Thanks for clarifying. Does anyone know why my image does not print, or why I cannot find the classic preferences folder?

I just upgraded my iMac to Mojave, and my Canon 9000II still seems to print as it did.

Annoyingly, I bought a Pixma Pro 100s, upgraded to Mojave and found that my 9000(II) also works. :(

It’s quite rare to find somebody here in this forum who is annoyed that something does work... :D
