Printing 2 photos on one paper

How do I set the default template from the Template Browser?
When I choose the photos from the film strip with (2) 7 x 5 chosen in the Template Browser, only one photo is shown. Picture Package is highlighted in the Layout Engine panel. When I choose the Contact Sheet/Grid option, both the photos that I want to print are shown but they are on a 2-Up Greeting Card template even though the (2) 7 x 5 template is highlighted. In the Layout panel the Margins is set at 4.22 in. for the Left, I then change it to .25in. and the Width Cell size to 7 in. from 4.'3 in.
Is there a faster way to set up which Template I want to use for printing?

Can I also caption some photos with info like when, where and who the photo is about?

[/quote]Take a look at the Tryptch Template. It has a setting "Repeat One Photo Per Page" that is missing from the 7 X 5 template. It controlls a parameter in the Template files named
oneImagePerPage = false,
As long as the parameter is unchecked the value is false and you get multiple images on each page.

You can creat ypru own user template from the tryptich and modify the cells from 3 to 2 amd make the image size 7 X 5
