Print module Print template not recording Color Management Profile (Win10)

A client has a Win10 machine running LrC 13.4 and using CanonPro300 with latest Windows driver (also same behaviour with EpsonP900). When we save a new print template the selected Colour Management Profile becomes blank. This happens even if managed by printer is selected. As soon as we save the template or we update an existing template the profile becomes blank.

Selecting a pre-saved template results in the profile becoming blank.

Our only workaround is to select the profile before printing every time.

I assume the reference is to a paper print profile.

Is there a possibility the usual colour paper profile is corrupt, missing.
Have you tried with a different profile.

I can understand you may use a specific paper, and you may not want to use a different profile, but just checking if something wrong with the profile.

I can check tomorrow if I have similar behaviour. I am on Win 10 but Lr 13.1.

Thanks for replying. We tried lots of different paper profiles and manage by printer. You can select them and print fine, but as soon as you try to save a template or update an existing template it changes to a blank line.

Just checked one of my print templates and the colour management profile is set correctly on WIN 10, but my version of LR is 13.2

I am using Lr 13.1 (awaiting recent bug pattern to subside).

No problem retaining colour profiles in my ver.

I am aware that there have been bugs introduced into the Slideshow module since 13.1 so perhaps there has been revisions to some of the output modules ... and you are suffering as a result.

If you cannot fix... it might be worth waiting for the next release... as I sense the Slideshow fix might be pending (but not sure).

Additionally, when I checked the unused templates they were set to ' managed by printer' and not blank, but the draft mode check box was selected of course. So there were no blank profiles that I could see anywhere on my system?
