Print problem

Hi
When I print from the LR print module my prints look de-saturated and flat

However if I export the same image to my desktop and then print from my desktop the image is good

Would appreciate any help, am I missing something? Have looked at printer profiles, but could not find my printer, and not sure of how to add......

This is in the main forum topic, your printer needs speciifc paper profiles and are normally located in C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers\color
