print preview inconsitent with print window

I recently updated tot win 7 64bit. A clean install.
LR print-module now messes things up.
In the left preview windows I can still see the right print lau-out, but in the middle print window, the lay-out is different.
In vista this was the same.
In started up in LR 32bit, but there's no difference compared to the LR 64-bit. The middle-window is still wrong/chnaged.

Any one an idea?

How different are they? Do they look right in the other modules? What are you comparing against?

Sorry for the long wait.
Along the way I somehow solved the problem. Seemed to do with updared printer-drivers. When I installed the old driver eveyhing was okay again.
