Lightroom Version Number
13.5
Operating System
  1. macOS 14 Sonoma
I recently purchased a new Mac Studio OS 14.6.1 and updated my Lightroom CC to 13.5.
I hired an individual to set up photographic paper profiles in Lightroom and for some reason Lightroom
will not recognize the profiles and therefore I cannot print from Lightroom to my Epson P7000 printer.
I can however export the print files to Photoshop and print based on the new profiles. Does anyone know how to resolve
my inability to print from Lightroom? Thank you, George

Sounds like the profiles you try to use are CMYK based. Lightroom Classic only supports RGB based icc-profiles.

There are a few reports of profiles not showing up the way they should in Lightroom Classic in macOS 15 Sequoia. There is at least one other thread about this issue at the Lightroom Classic forum that Adobe runs. They reported it the same way: The same Epson RGB profiles work in Photoshop but not in Lightroom Classic.

I upgraded my old Mac to macOS 15, but my Epson profiles are still available for printing in Lightroom Classic, as expected. So it’s possible that it’s working for some macOS 15 users and not working for others, and I have no idea what the difference is that would account for that.
