Print mode doesnt show preview

Hi, i installed LR2.3, canon iP53'' printer, but when i am in print mode, there is no preview in the main screen - there is only grey field instead of it. There is a possibility to change properties, but nothing is shown. Print is working, but without preview :-(
Any idea?

Is 2.3 your first Lr install, or have you had other versions? That is, did the print preview image work before, or is this your first try?

Hello Brad,

thank you for the idea.
At first, the preview worked well since upgrade from 2.' to 2.3. Now when i read your comment, i tried to reinstall completelly 2.3 version. But nothing changed. Then i uninstalled LR and delete preferences in my AppData folder, installed again and voila preview is there.

Conclusion - something went wrong in preferences during upgrade.
