My subscription is due for renewal soon and like others I'm trying to switch from pay monthly to pay annually.
I've gone into manage plans and I have no option to do this only to cancel, so then contacted Adobe by Live chat to be told the price is £103.68 plus taxes.
Is this correct as my understanding is the price would be £119.76 inclusive which equates to 12x £9.98 which is the current price
Anyone else had this?

TBMK If you change your payment method from 'Monthly' to 'Yearly' there should be no change in price (just your usual monthly x12).
Note it is Change Payment method, and not a change of plan. Do not allow Adobe to change your plan!

When I switched from annual to monthly in 2023 Adobe cancelled that account and created a new one which took seconds. It was still the 20GB plan and I imagine that will happen to me again this November when I go back to paying annually.

I have read Adobe will credit or return the amount of days you don't use the old plan. So if you switch 25 days before you current plan expires then you will get 25 days credit. Maybe that is the reason for the price difference? I would chat or call and verify. Like Rob said don't let Adobe change the plan type by mistake. You are grandfathered into the 20GB plan at the original pricing.

Sorry I missed the inclusive vs plus taxes part. It's $9.99 US a month but with the exchange rate Adobe shows $12.99 CND on my account. However my credit card says $14.55 CND because I have to taxes to my government. Again I'd clarify that. Sometimes I find chats a real pain when I have a lot of questions.

All sorted thanks, the quickest way was to ring them sorted in a few minutes, for anyone in the uk the phone number I used was 020 7365 0735
