photos in the Red

hi i am a complete virgin to lightroom, so if my question is a bit naff forgive me, i have photos in lightroom but now when i look for some of them, some are highlighted in RED [the file],, I cant find them at all ???:evil:, , i don't have a seperate drive, all in the computer somewhere, but lightroom cant find them Can someone get be me back into the BLACK:lol:

Welcome, and sorry to hear you are having problems. Is there a chance you deleted the files on the HD by mistake or moved them outside of LR?

Please describe exactly what you Have done from Import to Now

Hi Soltek, welcome to the forum.

It's most likely that you've moved the files. They should have a small question mark in the corner of the thumbnails when you're in Grid mode, so you can just click on that and point to the correct location. If whole folders are missing (turned red), you can right click and choose Locate Missing Folder and point to the right place.
